- Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory).
- Knowledge of:

- UIF Contributions Act
- PFMA, POPIA & Treasury Regulations
- Batho Pele Principles
- UIF policies, values, and procedures
- Skills Needed:
- Interviewing & interpretation of UIF policies
- Communication (verbal & written)
- Computer literacy
- Conflict & time management
- Customer service & telephone etiquette

- Provide screening services for UIF clients.
- Process applications for UIF benefits.
- Register payment contribution forms.
- Provide administrative support functions.
